Alright, to relate with the picture (it's not mine, by the way), I've been feeling bummed lately. Mostly about myself. Like, bored and disinterested. Hmm... Does that make sense? Hmm.......
So, nothing much is up. Week 6 started last Sunday. Well, duh, that's a fact. :D :l I watched One Piece last week and caught up to the latest episode minus 1 now. What day was it? Either Thursday or Friday. Or was it Saturday? Anyhow, I took a lot of screenshots, so maybe I'd babble about it later when I'm settled down with my studies and all.
I had a midterm on Monday. Actually, 2 midterms. One experimental analytical and another calculus. I didn't prepare much. I spent my Saturday, a little of it, to compile the whole book and the odd-questions key answer. I was intending to print 'em on Sunday and study for Calculus midterm at the evening. I went to the printing place and submitted my file to be printed. I left and came back an hour and half later to get it, well maybe 2 hours, and got it. When the staff lady handed it to me and I paid, I was suspicious of its thickness. I mean, come on, it's like a hundred something for one of the file, while the other 2 was 33 pages. All 3 of them was 4 pages in 1 pages. Like, the +hundred one is +hundred of 4in1s and the same is with the other 2. Turned out, that the +hundred one is simply wrongly printed and only had about 10 pages stapled together, in which the last 2 pages was not right. Or was it 11 pages? I told the staff lady and she told me to come back tomorrow because it was about time for the printing place to wrap up its working hour. Of course she didn't say that per se, she just told me to come back tomorrow and the time was almost 5, so I figured that from the last 2 semester, the printing place closes at 5. Or more like, the building will be locked at 5. Not quite sure about that last part tho. XD
Anyhow, I came back the next day and after a short (a little long) wait, she told me to go to the back, where they actually do the printing, and to talk with the lady back there. I talked to the lady and she gladly printed it. She was/is a friendly woman. :) But, unfortunately, the same thing happened. But the lady was so nice that she let me fix the file and was able to come back to print the rest of the unprinted pages. It had some problems with the font or the figures or something. I just reprinted it as a pdf or went in a roundabout in turning it to .jpg files and then back to .pdf, I forgot which one I did that fixed the error, but it was fixed anyway. I went back to the printing place to print it and had it my way. Sadly, I didn't use it that night to study for the midterm. Jeez, I'm so bad. Procrastinattttttiiiiinngg... Well, not quite. Since I did Calculus homework and Analytical lab report. Anyhow, other than the Calculus homework, not much Calculus revision was done, if not at all. Oh wait, ... It's not that I didn't use it that night, but I thought that revising for it the next day would pretty much be enough (and I was wrong, of course) and didn't have the full book printed.
The next day, the day of the 2 midterms, I used the printed book after analytical lab. Not right away since I revised my notes until about 45 minutes before the next lab. Then, after the next lab, I met my classmate and revised some part of the book with her until the Calculus midterm time... When it was about 5 minutes till the assigned midterm time start, we headed to the classroom or the venue of the midterm. We had to wait for like, almost 15 minutes after the time it was supposed to start at. Such thing is not supposed to happen, right? Whoever the person who is supposed to watch the students is supposed to arrive at the venue at least 5 minutes earlier than the assigned time. As for the midterm itself, it went horrible in my case. It would've been super fine if I revised properly and exercised well.
On Sunday, there was a computer science quiz. The first quiz for the course. The quiz was okay. It went well. On Thursday the previous week, the professor said that the whole class time will be used for the quiz and that when we finish, we could leave early, unlike usual. But, the lady, the teacher assistant lady said that the professor emailed her not to let the students leave the class before the supposed time. Well, I don't actually mind. I intended to submit the files I want to print at that time, but it's fine either way, because I decided to skip the Calculus class to discuss about the History project.
Talking about projects, I have 2 that I'm currently aware of and have not yet started with it. Well, I read the book for the History project, but not Dawa one. Geez. I need to start with the Dawa one since it seems like a serious one. But the History one, hopefully, it will not be that hard.
Oh... I got my midterm grade for Organic and Analytical already. The first time, the analytical one was like, 21.75 out of 30 and that is almost 67% and that is bad. Then, I counted the point I lost, and it didn't add up to the point I've missed written by the instructor. Thank goodness that I looked at it and it turned out to be 23.75 out of 30. Just .25 more and I would've got an 80%, which is a B. :D As for my Organic, I got 75%. I thought it would be fine, but this low? Well, it's not that bad, but still... My mistakes were silly. Gah!!
Tuesday and Thursday were... I think nothing really happened. Or I just can't remember.
Oh, on Wednesday, I had a day off and spent most of the morning until noon doing nothing, except for sitting in the living room and lazing about. Until I decided to watch something. I watched the second favourite drama I favourited on Dramania. Not that those are my favourite. It's just a list of which drama I found its summary interesting and to be easy to find the drama. I watched Buzzer Beat. It was good. Good, I say! And I didn't know that the main male protagonist was acted by Tomohisa, Yamashita Tomohisa if I'm not mistaken. The guy who acted the dumb guy in the drama that also starred Kamenashi Kazuya and Horikita Maki. I didn't recognize Kamiya Naoki as Yamashita Tomohisa. Well, partly because I was impressed much by him in Nobuta wa Produce. :D And when I watched Nobuta wa Produce, Kamenashi Kazuya looked weird to me. All boney and weird face structure. Hahahaha Okay, that's aside. Maybe I'd post about it later on a separate post. :D
I guess this is it for this post. Oh, the calculus teacher said that he'd post the midterm grade on blackboard on Thursday.... Oh well... I'll check soon.
Ja.
